These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") govern your access to and use of the b7vip platform, including all casino, sportsbook, slot, and live gaming services available at b7vip.vip. Please read this Agreement carefully before registering or placing any wager.

In this Agreement, the following terms carry the meanings assigned to them below. Where the context so requires, references to the singular include the plural and vice versa.

2.1 Age Requirement. Access to and use of b7vip is restricted to individuals who are at least 21 years of age. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this age threshold. b7vip reserves the right to request valid proof of age at any time and to suspend any account where age eligibility cannot be confirmed.
2.2 Residency. b7vip's services are directed at residents of Indonesia. You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where participation in online gaming is not expressly prohibited by local law at the time of each gaming session.
2.3 Legal Capacity. You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Persons who have been declared legally incompetent or who are subject to a gambling exclusion order by any regulatory or judicial authority are not eligible to register or maintain an account.
2.4 Exclusion of Employees. Employees, contractors, directors, officers, and immediate family members of b7vip, its technology partners, game suppliers, and payment processors are prohibited from holding a Member account or participating in any promotional activity on the Platform.
3.1 Single Account Policy. Each individual may hold only one active b7vip account. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or linked accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. b7vip employs device fingerprinting, IP analysis, and identity cross-referencing to detect duplicate accounts. All balances, bonuses, and pending withdrawals associated with duplicate accounts will be forfeited.
3.2 Accurate Information. You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration, including your full legal name as it appears on your Indonesian national identity card (KTP or equivalent), date of birth, and a valid contact email address. b7vip is not responsible for account access issues or payment delays arising from inaccurate registration details.
3.3 Account Credentials. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. b7vip will treat any activity conducted using your credentials as authorized by you. Notify b7vip support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
3.4 KYC Verification. b7vip reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage of the account lifecycle, including but not limited to: a copy of a valid government-issued photo ID (KTP, SIM, or passport), proof of residential address, and proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by b7vip may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending investigation.
3.5 Account Closure by Member. Members may request closure of their account at any time by contacting b7vip customer support. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of account closure will be returned to the Member's verified payment method, subject to completion of any applicable KYC requirements and clearance of outstanding bonus wagering obligations.
4.1 Approved Payment Methods. b7vip accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through the following approved Indonesian payment channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga (bank transfers); OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja (e-wallets). Deposits and withdrawals must be made through the same payment method and account registered to the Member's verified b7vip profile.
4.2 Currency. All account balances, deposits, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals are denominated exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). b7vip does not accept foreign currency deposits and does not apply currency conversion to Member accounts.
4.3 Minimum Transaction Limits. Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are published on the b7vip deposit page and are subject to change with reasonable notice. As a general guideline, minimum deposits start from Rp 10.000 for e-wallet channels and Rp 25.000 for bank transfers, though specific limits per channel will apply.
4.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests submitted during WIB business hours are typically processed within 30 minutes for verified accounts transacting through BCA, BRI, BNI, or Mandiri. First-time withdrawals require completion of KYC verification before processing commences. b7vip does not guarantee processing times and accepts no liability for delays attributable to the Member's bank or e-wallet provider.
4.5 Withdrawal to Registered Method Only. Withdrawals will only be released to a payment method that has been registered and verified against the Member's account profile. b7vip reserves the right to decline withdrawal requests to unverified accounts or payment methods belonging to a third party.
4.6 No Fees. b7vip does not charge processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. Members are responsible for any fees levied by their own bank or e-wallet provider in connection with transactions to or from b7vip.
5.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by b7vip are subject to specific wagering requirements and conditions published at the point of each offer. By activating or claiming any bonus, the Member agrees to the associated terms in their entirety.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (as specified per promotion) on eligible games before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal. Wagering on certain game types — including but not limited to live baccarat, roulette, and sports betting with odds below the stated threshold — may count at a reduced rate or not at all toward fulfilling a wagering requirement.
5.3 Bonus Expiry. Bonuses that are not claimed within the promotional window and bonus funds that are not wagered within the applicable validity period will expire automatically and be removed from the Member's account without compensation.
5.4 One Bonus per Promotion. Each promotional offer is limited to one claim per Member, per household address, per device, and per payment method. Attempts to circumvent this restriction through the use of multiple accounts or shared payment credentials will result in the forfeiture of all associated bonuses and winnings and may lead to account suspension.
5.5 b7vip's Discretion. b7vip reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, and to decline to award or to reclaim a bonus where, in b7vip's reasonable assessment, there is evidence of abuse, collusion, or exploitation of promotional structures. b7vip's decision in all bonus-related disputes is final.
5.6 Seasonal Promotions. b7vip may issue time-limited promotional offers aligned with Indonesian national observances including Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, Indonesian Independence Day (17 August), and other recognized occasions. Specific terms for such promotions will be published separately and apply in addition to these General Bonus Terms.
6.1 Game Rules. Each game, betting market, and product vertical available on b7vip is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface or product section. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and this Agreement, the game-specific rules will prevail for matters relating solely to game conduct; this Agreement will prevail for all matters relating to accounts, payments, and eligibility.
6.2 Sportsbook Betting. All sportsbook wagers are subject to the b7vip Sportsbook Rules, which set out accepted bet types (including mix parlay accumulators and single-match markets), settlement procedures, void bet conditions, and the handling of postponed or abandoned events. BRI Liga 1 markets, international football (EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Champions League), and Timnas Indonesia fixtures are subject to the same general settlement rules.
6.3 RNG and Fairness. All random number generator (RNG) casino and slot games available on b7vip are supplied by certified third-party studios — including Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Pocket Games Soft, and Spribe — and are subject to independent audit for statistical fairness. b7vip does not manipulate game outcomes.
6.4 Technical Malfunctions. 7.3 Age Verification. b7vip applies strict age verification as part of KYC. Any account found to be held by a person under 21 years of age will be immediately closed and all associated balances forfeited.

8.1 Ownership. All content on the b7vip Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, interface design, software, game assets, and promotional materials — is the property of b7vip or its licensed content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.
8.2 Limited License. b7vip grants each Member a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with this Agreement. This license does not convey any right to copy, redistribute, reverse-engineer, scrape, or create derivative works from any Platform content.
8.3 Prohibited Use. Members may not use any b7vip trademark, logo, or brand asset for any purpose without prior written consent from b7vip.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the b7vip Platform. Violation of any of the below may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and bonuses, and, where applicable, referral to relevant authorities:
10.1 Platform Availability. b7vip will make reasonable efforts to ensure continuous Platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled and emergency maintenance windows may result in temporary service unavailability. b7vip accepts no liability for losses attributable to Platform downtime.
10.2 Exclusion of Consequential Loss. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, b7vip shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages arising from a Member's use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of anticipated winnings, loss of data, or reputational harm.
10.3 Third-Party Services. b7vip is not liable for the acts or omissions of third-party payment processors, game studios, telecommunications providers, or internet service providers that affect the Member's experience on the Platform.
10.4 Cap on Liability. Where liability cannot be fully excluded by law, b7vip's aggregate liability to any individual Member arising from a single incident shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the 30-day period immediately preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.
11.1 Data Collection. b7vip collects, processes, and stores personal data provided during registration, KYC, and Platform use in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement. By registering, you consent to the data processing practices described therein.
11.2 Data Security. b7vip applies 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption to all data transmitted between the Member's device and the Platform. Personal and financial data is stored on secured servers and is accessible only to authorized personnel.
11.3 Data Sharing. b7vip will not sell Member personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with KYC verification partners, payment processors, and regulatory or law enforcement authorities where legally required.
12.1 Right to Amend. b7vip reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any provision of this Agreement at any time. The revised Agreement will be published on the b7vip.vip website with an updated effective date.
12.2 Notification. For material changes that affect Member rights or obligations, b7vip will provide notice via the email address registered to the Member's account at least 7 days before the amended terms take effect. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement.
12.3 Binding Nature. If any Member does not accept the amended terms, they must cease using the Platform and may request account closure and return of their real-money balance as described in Clause 3.5.
13.1 International Regulation. b7vip operates under international licensing and regulation. The Platform is licensed and regulated by its issuing authority, and all gaming activities on b7vip are conducted in accordance with the conditions of that license.
13.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of a dispute between b7vip and a Member that cannot be resolved through the b7vip customer support process, the parties agree to pursue resolution through binding arbitration under internationally recognized arbitration rules before resorting to litigation.
13.3 Severability. If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be deemed severed from the Agreement. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
13.4 Entire Agreement. This Agreement, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitutes the entire agreement between b7vip and the Member with respect to use of the Platform and supersedes all prior representations, communications, and agreements, whether oral or written.
